I’m the owner usually I don’t care about the negative reviews and don’t let them bother me but I want to share some facts. We don’t get paid till the jobs completely done. When it’s a big job we get paid by the task completed. Steve Lauber we had one corner of carpet we couldn’t finish because I broke a rib and this was a 2x2 section of carpet and we offered him 200 dollars back for the inconvenience. Heather gunkle we finished everything besides painting because my wife had COVID and we offered her 500 back for inconvenience all of these customers were mad because of one small thing and chose to say they paid us in full yet we don’t accept payment until projects are completed. I have every text and receipt to prove what I am saying is true we have 8 reviews on home advisor all 5 star 12 reviews on google and only 3 are bad. I needed an itemized inspection done because of some shoddy siding work by a different company. Brian from Capitol Contracting was quick to respond, very helpful and even came out same day to look over my issues. He was thorough, professional, and explained to me in an easy-to-understand way each problem with the siding and why it was a problem. I had my inspection letter the very next day.
